This porch post finishes lengths of balustrade. It is crafted with great detail and reinforced at the core. The newel includes classic turned details that compliment many baluster styles. This newel post is designed for use with the 5" balustrade system. It has the classic charm of turned wood millwork, but it is molded in high-density urethane, a polymer material that offers unique protection against the moisture, peeling, cracking and decay that can befall wood balustrades.
